New Kwara United FC boy, Abdullahi Ibrahim will be rejuvenating his career this season in the Nigerian Professional Football League with Kwara United after parting ways with ABS Fc.
The aggressive and creative left winger who was rated as one of the Nigeria Youngest Promising Players two seasons ago in the NPFL refers his return to the Nigeria Apex League as divine.
“Allhamdullahi (thank God) that am back to the Nigeria Professional Football League, playing in the National League wasn’t easy but all glory to God for giving me this privilege to return to the apex League with my state team (Kwara United), Abdullah begins.
“I can’t wait to play in the NPFL again, have been waiting for this great opportunity to come and thank God it has finally come. Football has always been my joy and playing professional games is what every footballers want and thank God am one of the chosen ones”.
“It wasn’t easy to leave my passionate team, ABS has been a family team full of young talented players and promising future stars but it as always been my dream to play for Kwara United and am happy to be part of this great team.”
Idi-Amin promised to give his best with his team mates and to be victorious.
“The team’s spirit is high now and we can’t wait to face Dolphins in our first game and with God on our side we should be able to return home with some points, our fans are passionate and they deserve to be honored this season with accolades and continental slot, he concluded.
Ibrahim who will be putting on the number 14 Jersey this season for the Harmony Warriors has increased the number of ABS products in Kwara United. Others are Suraju Ayeleso, Audu Akeem, Akeem Onigbari, Ismaila Gata and Yusuf Abubakar.
